Access control

Role-based permissions (RBAC) per module — view, add, edit, delete, export. Each user sees only what their role allows. License keys enforce maximum user seats.

Backups & recovery

WMS includes a built-in Backup & Restore module. Automated cloud backups with retention policies protect against data loss.

Authentication

JWT-based session authentication with secure token handling. Optional session lock and password change enforcement for enterprise accounts.
