Terms of Service

By accessing the Water Management System (WMS) website, demo, or licensed software, you agree to these Terms of Service with WaamTech.

License & subscription

• WMS is licensed per system user (monthly, yearly, or lifetime white-label plans).
• License keys are issued by WaamTech and define maximum users and plan type.
• Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or reverse engineering of the software is prohibited.

Demo environment

The live demo at demo-wms.waamtech.com is provided for evaluation. Demo data may be reset periodically. Do not enter real customer PII in demo unless agreed with WaamTech.

Customer responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and license keys.
• Ensure lawful use of the platform and compliance with local regulations.
• Pay license fees according to the selected plan (PKR pricing as published).

Service availability

We aim for high availability of cloud-hosted WMS. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

Limitation of liability

WMS is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. WaamTech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software.
